On November 29th, I got to work on my first photoshoot for a streetwear & urban fashion shop here in Lausanne, called A1. I know it's been almost 2 months but I've been in OVER MY HEAD with work & personal issues... That's life!
So we went to this old abandoned house in Renens, called "La Dépendance" (FYI that's where I also shot the "Celebration of Prism" album, which I consider to be the best partyshoot I've done so far). Anyway, the staff there was kind enough to open their doors so we could shoot our styles. It was very cold that day and since it's an abandoned house, we had to deal with the fact that there wasn't any electricity (which meant no lights and no heating). Plus, we didn't have a lot of time on our hands either so we had to work fast.
The whole project was directed by my dear & close friend Soraya, aka Mäc Nigettë, and the stylisme (or what you'd most probably call "fashion design" in english, which I find inaccurate and less appealing) was done by her sister, Célia Bing. She's really got talent and it's been a pleasure working with her (you can check out her blog here).
Although it was cold and we were late (merci Soraya *smile*), it definitely was worth it. We had a blast and it was great to shoot with fun people. Everybody was happy and motivated.
